Spa Aušra is a wellness and recreation center located in the city center of Kaunas. Here you can find a swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and traditional baths, massage water jet pools and various SPA services, wellness and beauty treatments. Various types of massage are provided, consultations with qualified trainers and health specialists, group exercises, aquatic physiotherapy, swimming training for both children and adults, and educational events. There is also a peace and relaxation area and a Himalayan salt room.
